I posted the other day about doing a valve adjustment/general tune up on my Bug, but I ran into some problems before I could get those things done.

I got the initial problem fixed and adjusted the valves on cylinders one and two, then popped off the valve covers for cylinders three and four. I noticed that a pushrod had slipped on the intake valve for cylinder number four and become unseated from the rocker. I also noticed that my intake valve for the same cylinder is stuck in compression.
The exhaust valve is fine and I got that fully adjusted. What the heck should I do to get that intake valve unstuck? I'm thinking I'll have to pull the head and fix it from there. Any suggestions?
